Attorney Kaitlin Fallon Wildoner is a Social Security and estate planning attorney with a passion for helping others and the experience and know-how to ensure it is done correctly the first time.
Kaitlin is a proud graduate of Flagler College, with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration. While in St. Augustine for her undergraduate education, Kaitlin worked for a local personal injury firm as a law clerk, and was hired as a full time legal assistant upon graduation. This experience helped her to understand the ins and outs of helping those who are injured.
Following her graduation from Flagler and working at the law firm as a legal assistant, Kaitlin attended law school in Washington, D.C., at the Catholic University of America. While attending law school, Kaitlin worked in a well-respected plaintiff’s injury firm in Washington, D.C., representing the interests of the disabled and the injured. It was this experience that gave Kaitlin the compassion and knowledge to stand up to the Social Security Administration and fight on behalf of her clients.
After passing the Florida Bar, Kaitlin moved back to her home state and settled down in Jacksonville with her husband. She worked for a law firm in Jacksonville, once again representing the interests of the disabled and injured. It was during this time that she also learned how to help families plan for their futures and why having an estate plan is so important for people of all ages.
Kaitlin happily lives in Northeast Florida with her husband, their two daughters, and their two dogs.
Kaitlin is the founding attorney of Wildoner Law, a law firm focused on helping clients throughout the state of Florida with their disability and estate planning needs, and she looks forward to helping you and your family. It is her commitment that you have personalized attention to your case, which is what sets her apart from the competition – she does not delegate the case work to paralegals, but instead, works right alongside with you throughout the entire process.
