Social Security
Attorney Kaitlin Fallon Wildoner has several years of experience in fighting in front of the Social Security Administration on behalf of her clients for the disability benefits to which they are entitled. She understands the difficult time you are going through, and works right next to you throughout the entire process. Her passion has always been to help others, and she has found that practicing on behalf of the disabled and injured allows her to enjoy coming to work every day.
Estate and Legacy Planning
Another one of Kaitlin’s passions is helping families prepare for the future. She firmly believes that all individuals, especially parents, should have proper documents outlining their wishes in the event of their passing. Often, we hear of young parents thinking a will or durable power of attorney is only for the elderly – Kaitlin has made it her mission to get younger clients to understand the importance of a will, a durable power of attorney, a guardianship designation, and other “end of life” documents. She has therefore added wills, trusts, and estate and legacy planning to her practice . She first works to educate the public on the importance of a solid estate plan and then works with clients to prepare a plan that meets the needs of their family.
